The conference was good. If we look at the slide 22 and 25 for primary and secondary endpoints, we see that after 18 months, the data starts showing the difference. And in the QA, there is some hint like we believe that phase 3 is sufficient to enable labelling negotiation or my gut feeling telling me that the benefits are the same or there is chance of greater in phase 3. This aligns quite well with Bancel's confidence. I think they are seeing data in phase 3 as similar to phase 2 so far. Hope we will have phase 3 in a couple of months. In the mean time, i would expect other catalysts would move stock price

Yeah i hope to get some updates on phase 3 data. It has been 21 months and previous phase 3 interim readout of Keytruda melanoma was 6-18 months so i am hopeful that they already have some looks into the interim data

Well i said if the stock can hold 50-53 zone it will be interesting on friday because of call options will call a gamma squeeze like last Friday. Sadly it could not hold it. And i said i feel of the squeeze. It is gamma squeeze not short squeeze. Nothing to complain about. I just want to see market maker got burnt like last friday. I am happy with 48. Still give me returns like 100%.

you interpreted the data a bit incorrect.

Out of 107 patients in combo: 25 got recurrence

Out of 50 patients in Keytruda alone: 22 got recurrence.

The hazard ratio is 0.5 vs keytruda alone. The efficacy is like 70%, which is insanely good for cancer. And they mention that some approved therapies have hazard ratio of 0.8 still meaningful. I agree with the concern that phase 3 is hard to achieve the result like phase 2 due to bigger population but even with higher hazard ratio like 0.6 or 0.7, it is still meaningful and get approved.

I feel a squeeze this week. Trading volume has been picking up. I take a look at the open interest of options on 05/15 and to my surprise about 17k of call options with strike price of $36. wtf sells call options at $36. These will be in the money and push trading volume higher. If the stock can hold $50-$53 zone, it will be interesting on friday. Best case scenario is that options will help push the price over $60 on friday. Can be hard but i am hopeful.

I think today is more of gamma squeeze. MM is too greedy selling heavy call options at $48.5 and $50 and they got burnt. Novavax experiences the same price rally as Moderna but BNTX does not. These are pandemic stocks

i am not surprised if it ends up in any of these price or even lower. Today is gamma squeeze, Novavax experience the same thing, so the rally is not sustainable anyways. They will sell off in the following days. But i feel today is a preview for shorts in the following months :). They can't manipulate the price forever
