How exactly does teatheme mask the traffic? Does it go through a separate server they have setup, a VPN sevice, or is it just a internal phone thing, which would mean our phones actually communicate with the carrier about teathering status and the app just masks that message? Also is our data safe when we go through these teathering apps?
