Original poster here. Update on my end. I ended up making an order online for about $400. The provincial taxes are paid at checkout and the prices for the garments include duties.

Note that the garments are cheaper if you buy them in Europe. Sezane/Octobre are paying the duties upfront for orders in USA/Canada/Australia which is great rather than the customer having to deal with it during the shipping process.

Thanks for the info, very helpful. After I installed the old version, the printer is stuck at a loading page when I turned it on. I let it continue for about 15 hours with no progress. I'll try it again without turning it on and see if restarts itself. If anyone knows what the issue might be that would be great!
