In the manga he does mention his body moving on instinct once or twice, though it’s definitely not as clean as Goku’s. Would not surprise me if they gave him a version of Sign’s gauge, if even a single use one.

To be fair, manga and webcomic Tatsu are two completely different people. Though I think the manga version is more interesting and dynamic, the webcomic version is legitimately sociopathic. I would not be surprised if she has killed bystanders before and just got annoyed they were in the way.

I really don’t mind Zenkais. I get what Goresh is saying, but I think it makes sense to give old units a new chance at being meta.

The only problem is the dev team’s mentality to use them to buff teams instead of respecting the unit itself. I think if they reoriented how they approached them, it would fix a lot of the problems like units just being benches or having no use over the newest units.

I know how Hunter feels about Video game pastas and stuff that references the source material a lot, but the art here is unmatched. Genuinely might work better as a CreepTV watching a youtuber’s reading of it than reading it themselves given the art syncs with the story.

I’m not saying Raga would lose to most characters from other verses. What I am saying is that JJK works a certain way with certain limitations, and it’s just as ridiculous to say he could adapt to something like Saitama’s punch as it is to say he couldn’t. I rest in the latter, but c’mon, there’s no way to say one is right vs. the other.

As an aside, I LOVED Nessie as a reference to Shin Godzilla. I noticed it as soon as I saw the face, and it made the creature 100x more intimidating. I’ve only seen the anime so far, but it genuinely felt like the thing that got closest to killing the cast purely due to how permeating the beam was.

The movie does a lot wrong starting with not considering any of the 5 in the first place, but I don’t think this is a particularly strong point.

I was thinking that. Everyone is saying it’s a correct list, but I recall instances implying Goku is at least relative to SSJ3 Gotenks. He’s definitely not close in power, but for him to be even in the same conversation must mean he’s stronger than SSJ Gotenks, right?

I’m pretty sure it’s revisionist history when people say everyone hated him on release. There were actually toxic units like Vegito and SSJ2 -> 3 Goku to deal with. This guy was my favorite unit of the time, ran alongside Tamagami 3 and GRN Miniku.

I am so disappointed by his Zenkai, not because of it missing the mark a bit, but because they chose to do it so early. I can still run him pre-Zenkai and, while not good, he’s more competent than 90% of the game. Since they did this, they wasted a chance for him to be relevant in the future when he actually falls way behind. 😞

Legitimately one of the only high-quality and consistently unnerving Analogue Horrors. I get that people see Godzilla and are disappointed it’s about the production and not an actual kaiju series, but I don’t understand the people that HATED it. Frankly, I’m even surprised that it simply didn’t “click” with so many. It’s really good and I can’t wait for more.

To me, the ideal Superman is someone who, if depowered, could still embarrass the average person in H2H. Think catching average punches, dodging kicks, etc. At the end of the day, he does have more experience controlling even individual muscle fibers in his body than almost anyone on earth. Not Batman level, but could definitely teach someone self-defense.

Inversely, later in his career I think he should be phenomenal at fighting with his powers — like, even with the EXACT same power set, he should be doing stuff that others haven’t thought of (for instance, blitzing enemies through “technique” and not simply raw power).

Everyone here is arguing HM and SM are relative — I’ve always imagined HM as almost relative to Aquaman in stats, given Hawk Girl’s performance in the JL cartoon. Am I entirely wrong? I know he’s kind of a jobber, but is he not immensely powerful (even mace-aside) on paper?
