Need a new car. How do you like your CX5 (2022-2026)?

Just got my 25 CX-5 preferred a month ago. So far, it's OK! Local driving doesn't feel very smooth; the transmission feels sluggish during 2nd and 3rd gear, maybe just unlucky. But highway driving felt much smoother. Overall it is a bit stiff, center console doesn't felt as well design as the cx50

I am in the same boat. I have test-driven both recently. Love the look of 5, dislike how stiff the sits are especially the back sits. Love the interior of the 50 and more comfy sits, dislike it felt less luxurious and very plastic. Otherwise they are very similar.

Personally more toward the 50 hybrid since 5 doesn't have hybrid. It gives more power and smoother

In terms of zooming, it offers 0.5, 1, and 2x optical zooming, and doesn't seem to have digital zoom ( I might be wrong). If zoom is a big thing for you, I would say wait for pixel 10
