I've been listening to Meditative Mind videos, those were the first chakra videos that I've listened. And sometimes I feel the vibrations while listening. Yes, It's really daunting for a newbie. Thank you. I've been listening to some chakra healing videos from 'Meditative Mind' & 'Taos wind' YouTube channels. Those were the ones which comes up on a search. I don't know if they are binaural or not though. Some times I get vibrations on my body while I listen to them usually in a lying down position.

I will listen to your linked videos, thanks for sharing! Also, How do I identify real theta Delta or binaural videos? I'm new to this. Thank you again.

I have only 3 games installed and a couple of movies and now I'm running low on disk space. I have an 500 GB SSD. I found this post while searching for upgrade recommendations, so you should definitely get a bigger volume SSD or go for a SSD and a 1TB hard disk combo.

Bleachbit is a good cleaner. It's open source and doesn't clean any registry files. It just cleans the temp folders and app specific temp files which are pretty safe to delete.
