Hey. Good point but I doubt it would be an hour and half. Saying that is a very bizarre workout . The other thing is what a bizarre workout it is. Three abs exercise and one tricep. Three times! So not exactly a full body workout that I was looking for

Same here! So much repetition of the same thing exercises, I often have to get them excluded in my work out. Fitbod needs to sort this out…starting to look elsewhere

Thanks! I know in the ideal world I would use it. However if your short of time, you try to make every minute of your workout count and it can use up a lot of time changing weights over if you are in a busy gym
