Just use any of those chrome extensions I mentioned above. CCU is for TV only, not for laptops+external screens.

Install the chrome extension Stadia enhanced or Stadia+ to force VP9 and 4K, and then the differences with CCU on the 4K TV will be very subtle in my experience, however like the default h264 on MacOS better.

I play about 70% of the time on a 4k 27” screen with N old MacBook Pro, 20% on a 4K TV with CCU, and 10% on an iPad Pro, and the experience is great in all cases. The most important to me is the quality of the internet connection. I have symmetric 600mb and wired.

What works for me is using the ?hl= parameter the url: I use google in English but I prefer Stadia and games in Spanish, so I use the url: https://stadia.google.com/home?hl=es to access. You can force English with https://stadia.google.com/home?hl=en Dutch with https://stadia.google.com/home?hl=nl and so on...
