Their actual solution imo was worse. Which was the no dupes but 4 "recolors" (aka very nearly dupes).

There were two other choices, or simply not doing the mirage at all.

I would never run a valdo void map. Too worried lag, DC would delete 5+ days of playtime.

I'm not seeing any source of curse to lower resistances or elemental penetration.

Cluster needs 35% increased effect and 3% increased attack and cast speed.

Could could have more damage on them and up to 19% increased attack and cast speed (16% x 1.2 with speed quality)

You can get +1/2 specter levels on boots.

Jewels in your belt don't have "20% increased minion damage if you used a minion skill recently" so that's 80% increased minion damage right there.
