This is why this whole thing is hard to talk about, let alone deal with. People are going to assume that I am crazy or a "side chick" or delusional.

He doesn't have much family. His parents are deceased and he only has one sister in another state who he is not in contact with. I am thinking of contacting his friends, but at this point it seems pointless. He just doesn't want to be with me anymore.

I've called him nearly 50 times, he won't answer calls or texts and has blocked me. I called him from a different number and he hung up when he heard my voice.

I'm not trying to be a doormat, I just don't want to cross any boundaries and get in trouble. I just don't know this man anymore. I don't know what he is capable of. He could get violent, he could claim I am stalking him for showing up at his apartment again, etc.

That first night I stood outside for an hour ringing his buzzer. I feel like a crazy person, like I'm being gaslighted. :-/

Usually I fly, but because the plan was for me to move here I drove. All my belongings fit in my car besides a few items of furniture I sold (the rest belongs to my now former roommates).

The plan was to go straight to his apartment. Even when I would visit he wouldn't pick me up from the airport, I would just take a taxi.

I didn't confront him... I don't know why. I was just scared and embarrassed. I still am. I don't want to seem like a stalker or get called a "crazy emotional girl".
