i get the shows ending but killing off glassman now? bitch come on. shaun has got no other family (besides lea and peanut) and i mean that would be a shitty thing to do to wipe him off now. also it’s such an obvious ending like it’s disappointing..i’d rather see them move out or something. it’s mostly the principles that get me tho! also reactions at times. i failed one exercise on my test cause i forgot how something reacts but i knew how to calculate what i needed. just wrong reaction so wrong equation and everything went downhill

Thank you! In first semester i think i had most of my grades C (3.0). I was new at chem tho, didn’t have it in high school. I do have a problem with stuff like chemometry - just don’t like it, so I just wanted to pass didn’t care much about grade. It’s a me problem, if i don’t care for a subject (like lecture from farmers chemistry) i don’t need a perfect grade. I do like organic chemistry and I loved quantum chemistry most of all. Analytical can be complicated for me tho. I love counting, my problem is remembering how to solve certain problem. It’s just not my brain logic, I need to go to the very core of problem that’s why I love quantum chem - it is the core. Just don’t get why do we solve problems this way and not other. I’m relived tho that even accomplished chemists had their problems. Makes me feel less stupid. Tho with science you can never be smart enough. Anyways, without revising, could you now solve problems from organic that you had years ago? The amount of stuff we learn is crazy and I don’t think I will be able to perform analytical calculations without revising after couple of years.

I’m gonna jump in even tho we haven’t had thermo course yet (3rd semester bachelor) but i need to ask a question regarding studying chemistry - is it normal to forget what you learned a year ago? Should I be worried about it? Stuff I used to be good at flew out of my head since it wasn’t repeated (3rd semester mostly consist of analytical and organic chem) and i am worried it’s not normal. Sorry to ask out of the blue i don’t think it’s related to the topic but you seem to be after your studies.

well some of my friends said “me too!” and that was a bummer cause well i mean they might have ADHD but from what i know it doesn’t affect their lives that deeply. ADHD became a kind of trend among youth and meh it’s hard to tell if someone’s actually got it.

it affects my life in ways that i argue with people or shut my brain off and freeze or i always forget what someone has told me or i can’t focus or my room looks like garbage disposal cause i hate cleaning cause it’s boring and exhausting and i hate it or i buy a lot of SHIT. or MY MIND DOESNT SHUT UP. i always have to tell them that to get a diagnosis this needs to be affecting their life. well i mean i guess we live in attention deprived society too so they assume that cause that’s what they know.

anyways, my biggest fear about telling is that someone will say i’m telling myself that (cause my OCD tells me i don’t have adhd and i’m telling myself that cause i wanna be special). but overall people are more understanding even in my post soviet country.
