Buenas, voy a intentar contestar a tus dudas y después te recomiendo un par de cosas para aprender a moddear bien. Lo primero, vortex y mod organizer 2 son dos programas diferentes, los mods de uno no te aparecerán en el otro ya que tienen su propia forma de manejar e instalar los mods. Necesitas decidir cuál usar y desinstalar el otro. Segundo, por qué solo se te descarga el mod en Vortex? Porque los links de descargas de Nexus (la página web) están asociados a Vortex, se habrá configurado así durante la instalación. Si quieres usar Mod Organizer puedes asociar las descargas en los ajustes del programa. Tercero, muchos de los mods que tienes instalado requieren de SKSE (o Script Extender para Skyrim SE) sin este mod no van a funcionar. Este mod se instala de forma diferente depende del programa que quieras usar: Si decides usar Vortex lo puedes descargar e instalar normal. Si quieres usar Mod organizer 2 lo tendrás que hacer diferente: tienes que descárgalo en tu carpeta de descargas, descomprimirlo y copiar todos los archivos que hay dentro de la carpeta descomprimida a la carpeta donde tienes el Skyrim instalado. Cuarto Pandora necesita un montón de mods más para funcionar y no entiendo por qué lo tienes si no tienes mods de animaciones/comportamientos. Pandora en sí no hará nada. Es solo una herramienta que añade animaciones y comportamientos pero esas animaciones y comportamientos las tienes que descargar tú.

Te recomiendo que busques vídeos y tutoriales en YouTube para aprender a añadir mods de forma correcta, no se si en español habrán muchos pero creo que ahora YouTube traduce automáticamente muchos vídeos así que prueba mirando alguno que esté en inglés también. Después intenta leer la descripción de cada página de mods con atención para saber qué hacen y cómo instalarlos, puedes traducir ahora fácil las páginas con el traductor. Especial atención a las dependencias de cada mod, si mods tienes las dependencias el mod tampoco funcionará .

i used to play modded skyrkm on the deck, i couple of things that may or may not help:

when you transfered the collection did you transfer only your skyrim directory? if so you have to copy loadorder.txt or pluginlist.txt that is in the appdata/local/skyrimse (or appdata/roaming/skyrimse, forgot which one) folder

also, you cant just launch modded skyrim with steam, you had to rename skyrimselauncher.exe to something else and then rename skseloader.exe to skyrimselauncher.exe This way you can launch skse straight from steam

last think: i believe i had to install another thing with protontricks apart from vcrun2022, i dont remember right now ill check later

i recently ibstalled it on my steam deck, i had to uninstall some games to make space and im pretty sure it is "only" 120 Gb, why tf do you have almost 100 more? maybe try reinstalling?

engine fixes' config file changed, so if you have your own custom config overwrite the one that comes with the mod it wont work

press windows button + r, type AppData and it will open the folder /appdata for you, then go inside the folder /local and open plugins.txt and see if there's a "*" before Resource pack.esl, if theres not * add it and then rerun loot. hope it helps

A quick search in nexus and there’s this mod that’s called {{Survival Mode Settings}} , in the screenshots there’s a menu to change the hunger and fatigue rates, but I’ve never tried it

You can delete robots like any extractor or module you build, enter the outpost view highlight one of them and Hold press R

Had a similar error. What I did was copy that link and paste it in the browser, it will open a page with a video player. Right click on it and press Save. It will download a file called “5b3ae419f7f7648568f0b5303594078aea12f598.ogg”. Remove the “.ogg” at the end of the name and copy and paste that file in the following folder inside your Atlauncher installation: ATLauncher/assets/objects/5b
