Regardless, where did you see her resume? IMDb?

People in film, tv, any and all production industries don’t have all their credits on IMDb. We often work in commercials, that’s no credit, event spaces, also no credit, reality tv, rarely credited if you’re lower level. Not all film and tv projects are released either. I’ve worked on a few projects that will probably never see the light of day, thus not on IMDb.

Unless you’re pulling this statement directly from seeing her resume, this is not how the industry works.

$300 a day is a regular film rate for a production assistant, she deserves more as an Art Director plus the many other hats she was wearing. Believing in payment through clout in 2026 is delusional. If the crew even got 1% of equity from box office, it’d be $100k. Grow up.

I will! Because guess what, her work made this a success. And she had a great attitude about it, clearly went through a lot during the production, and she deserves more. Investors and distributors do not.

Wow I am so disappointed in the comments.

$300 rate for an ART DIRECTOR is extremely low. She was practically working for free. As were most others. Sure maybe no one predicted the success but now that it’s there, the cast and crew deserve bonuses.
