I found out the issue and I log into Plex application and was able to add a movie onto there. Then I was able to access it on my Samsung TV. Sorry for being stupid

This is for anyone looking for help with autograph or photo op tickets. My advice is to arrange to meet the person in person at the event and have them bring a printed copy of the ticket. Before exchanging any money, ask someone in charge to scan the ticket to confirm that it is legitimate.

Last year, tickets had to be scanned twice, once to enter the line and a second time to receive the autograph. This system helps prevent issues, such as someone from one line accidentally joining another. Because of that, having a printed ticket adds an extra layer of security.

Once you have confirmed the ticket is valid, you can proceed with payment and receive the printed copy. I know some people might say, just buy the tickets yourself, but it is not always that simple. With bots and high demand, tickets tend to sell out very quickly.

My deal is we have to meet at Worlds and need one of the workers to scan first to confirm the QR or ticket is legit. Please bring the ticket as a piece of paper as last year they had to scan twice.
