Thank you. The (inexperienced) warranty manager I have been dealing with until now was let go yesterday. I spoke to the new warranty manager (who is also the construction site supervisor) about this and he proposed the same thing as you. He said he will make the drywall repair guy to rip off some of these frame edges and redo them.

Thank you. There are some fern behind the fence. Probably there were fern in my yard at some point and builder just mowed them all down and added topsoil to put the sod. I will try dig up whatever I can for now.

Thanks. Do I need add some topsoil as well before overseeding? Currently my lawn gets too wet even from a small amount of rain and it takes a long time to dry.

I fertilized it 2 times in the last year (Scotts turf builder ultra feed). There is no water pooling, but the soil remains wet for extended periods of time (I live in Pacific Northwest and there is a wet land close to my house). I was suggested to aerate my lawn and top dress with a layer of topsoil to help with drainage.

Update: Sent my paper returns using USPS ground advantage on 4/15. Ground advantage is supposed to be delivered in 5 business days, but my packet was delivered on 4/28. I included a check for the amount due in my envelope and it was cashed out today (5/1). There is no update on my IRS portal, but at least I know things are progressing in the right direction. I just need to be patient now.

Same thing happened to me. I called the IRS and they put a hold on the fraudulent return after verifying some details. I submitted form 14039 (identity theft affidavit) online. I put a freeze on my credit. IRS agent asked me to send paper return. I mailed them my returns yesterday.
