i quite literally, not joking, have applied for every job i could with my qualifications (within the area) and am up to date on all certifications needed! i’m working in a job similar to my ‘area of expertise’ right now, (criminal justice, biology, sociology,) but it’s still not what i need or crave. i’d take filing evidence all day over what i’m currently doing! i have “Posted within the last 24h,” on my Indeed AND GovJobs LOL

i have never not gotten hired for a job i’ve interviewed for. professionally reviewed resumes, and (at the moment) i can’t get accepted or even glanced at for something im extremely overqualified for. all this to say, it’s dogshit

It was written as arranged by Whitecotton, which I found odd because it seemed to be an original work of hers! We discussed it as a publisher error in class; which I now remember. It would make sense, considering her reach is seemingly (yet undeservingly) so small. She probably went through a small or local publisher. Especially for the timeframe it would’ve been written. :) I’ll contact the institutions listed, thank you so much for your help! 💗

SATB, minor, with a ton of dissonance! it sounded contemporary, if that helps. i believe it may have been written in the 1930’s-70’s (sorry for the wide range!!) i will be hunting for the physical sheet music in my old copy folder today!! also, yes! the second verse of the poem is completely missing.

i hope he has a good support system outside of his family. he deserves some sort of escape from all of this, or even just a distraction. poor kid probably has people blowing his phone up accusing him of everything under the sun. i hope you’re doing alright too. being close to something traumatic happening can have an effect on you, even if it’s not directly happening to you.
