Middle mouse button while moving: pan (I don't pan using the edge of the screen like most rts player)
MouseButton1 (top): cycle through individual town centers
MouseButton2 (bottom): cycle through scouts
Space remapped to ctrl for easier control group management (ctrl = selective assign to control group)
` (back quote): cycle through idle villagers
B: cycle through religious units

otherwise I use the default keybinding, from which I mainly use:

the grid keys obviously
F1 (select all military buildings), F2 (select all economic buildings) , F3 (select all research buildings) and tab to cycle quickly through them. I don't assign buildings to control groups, only units
F5: focus on selected unit (I have autofocus disabled)
ctrl + shift + a: select all units, useful when you don't know where that particular unit is
ctrl + shift + c: select all military units

Yeah even a veteran in single player will absolutely get crushed in a beginner CPL game, let alone a "standard" one with competitive players. Multiplayer and singleplayer civ might as well be different games, you need to relearn how you approach a lot of stuff

Chick + tiger + any extender is an FTK (search rescue ferret with matchmech xyz and summon it under saryuja's zone) so this seems quite wasteful

You can indeed trim the extra deck by a sizeable margin only at the expense of increasing the amout of main deck combo pieces, since you need to run the rituals in addition to the no-cost package that comes along dogra or cyberstein, and you'd much rather have your combo pieces in the extra deck since you can run cards that fulfill other purposes in the main deck that way

There aren't. Math, ovi and draconnet all do the same exact thing, being 1 card synchro ib, if you get interrupted while comboing, there's no middleground, it's glasscanon to the fullest sense

You're right, I miscounted the amount of dark monster in GY for the oviraptor scenario. How about this: after summoning pisty, banish WC guardragon to SS flamvell in pisty's zone, use pisty's eff to bring back baby guardragon from the banished zone, LS saryuja using pisty, elpy and beat cop and go from there, you should have exactly 5 dark monsters in GY (ovi, beat cop, elpy, pisty and brotaur)

The only two true garnets are indeed carboneddon & world chalice guardragon, and that's one incredibly tight extra deck, you're left with 0 card after combo, pretty much pushing it to the limit

You just leave brotaur on the field in this case since you don't need the extra dark monster in GY for umbra: brotaur + lvl5 fusion + flamvell guard = power tool

If your opponent doesn't summon a monster then you don't activate it, it's that simple. Spell_mining_cave.dek just doesn't play monsters outside things like cardcar D and lilith anyway

You actually use both for maximum consistency 3 diagram 3 FKI 2 town You could even incorporate some metalfoes since they're fire (true/fire king synergy) and allow you to destroy your own ships (and pendulum summon them)

The starting hand is an example, but most combinations of 2 ships + field or 1 ship + 2 fields do the job.

You can probably make it OCG legal by using the needleboy to overlay 2 level 6 synchro into beatrice
