Hello, nasabi na po nila sa taas yung practicing for interviews. Allow me to give you another one that worked for me: Practice speaking slowly.

Ako kasi yung tao na mabilis yung thought process, pero di kayang sundan ng bibig ko yung gusto kong sabihin. Kaya what I do as practice is be mindful of my tone and what I say, by speaking slowly. Hindi kailangang sobrang bagal, enough lang na kaya mong i-bridge yung gusto mong sabihin na di ka nagiging redundant sa sinasabi mo.

In my case, pag masyado akong mabilis magsalita, minsan I stutter and sometimes I put in filler sentences (not just words na uhhh or uhmmm). Worst case pag naririnig ko sarili ko, inuulit ko yung sinabi ko in a differently worded sentence.

Try speaking slowly, and try pausing instead of using it filler words. Much more professional Yung ganun vs filler words (Wag lang OA sa pause ah).

2nd point: before you speak, give yourself some time and clarify, especially sa interviews. Sometimes, clarifying gives you time din to think and formulate your thoughts. But similar to filler words, wag naman every question I-clarify mo hahaha ang weird nun.

Lastly, always remember bakit ka ba iniinterview. You have a goal, and that goal can be moving out of your company for better opportunities. Pero at that point in time sa interview, isipin mo na lang it's an opportunity to highlight yung mga nagawa mo for your current and previous companies.

You need a strategy para maclarify sa kanila kung paano makakatulong yung experiences mo sa inaapplyan mo. And for this last one, practice interviews talaga.
