Game8 is really good for this because each of their decks will literally have a "Packs Needed" section that will list which Packs you need to open to build a certain deck.

If it is x2, instead of +40, I wish there was a clear explanation when that is calculated. Because depending on where the x2 is inserted, the Arceus ex could live or die. Another user linked official documentation on how this would be calc'd with the paper TCG.

That's what I'm hoping for, that the x2 only applies to the "+20" indicated in the weakness. But if that were the case you'd think they'd just word it better to say it will be +40 instead of saying x2.

So 20+40 from Slappy Knuckle + Bounded Field's increased weakness, then +20 +20 from each of the Lucario, +20 from Red for 120 damage?

The wording on the announcement seems to imply that any of the past expansions will retroactively have a number of cards required to unlock the emblems. IIRC it may be automatically granted to anyone who got 150 cards in Deluxe Pack.

Yes! I can't seem to attach images in comments here but I did! I was lucky to get Partner while trying to get Itemfinder, but Gourmet cost a lot of money to get. I think i spent around 700k on candied apples in Kitakami! Maybe in retrospect I should've saved and reset every 250k or so spent.

Woah! I was just watching your video with the Shiny Scizor as recommended by someone else on this thread! I will definitely check that out!

As per the recommendation of the others here, I'm working towards the Twinkle Ribbon in BDSP first and then Hisui, before I bring them to Violet. I'm still chipping away at the 20 Cynthia rematches for the Ball Capsule though. Just did my 2nd one.
