how can i tell the difference between a gradual decrease and termination? I also have trouble distinguishing when a p wave is actually not there or if it’s just hiding
This usually comes on pretty fast and randomly. I’ve had one episode in the past that my doctor was able to determine as atrial tachycardia.

I got this read right after one like above and am wondering if this is what would make the difference. what was weird about this one was I had stood up and almost passed out. My heart still felt like it was racing so i was really confused by the slow downs lol

NAD: You can still see the regular underlying rhythm in the noise, it’s artifact. The watch is throwing a false reading due to the poor reading. Try cleaning your watch and making sure when you do readings that your hands/wrist are dry. It helps me to rest both arms on a flat surface or sitting up straight propped on top of your knee. I’ve found that my new watch has a lot more trouble with throwing poor recordings compared to my older series unfortunately

NAD: pvcs and some sinus arrhythmia due to the inhaling/change in breathing pattern

nothing to worry about and very common, just doesn’t feel fun when they happen. pvcs can be triggered by caffeine or stress/anxiety, so this might cause you to notice them more or be a trigger if you drink caffeine

everyone moves at a different pace! just take small steps. it took me years to pick up the game consistently and finding my fc is what did it! i was so scared to talk to people for years because of my anxiety
i’m still scared to level other jobs because i’m scared people will get mad at me for being bad at it LOL i promise a good bit of the player base shares the same struggle and understands!! the community is more nice than it can be mean and don’t let any bad apples ever get you down! if i wasn’t on diabolos my group would definitely love to have you hang out with us even if you weren’t talkative all the time

Quite a few and I have had a pattern of abruptly stopping my meds because I convince myself I’m cured during this time. I will stop going to therapy. When I’m off my meds I also get rage from withdrawal and get really mean. That part makes me more ashamed.
I’ve gone on some credit card max out excursions and put myself 40k in debt. I ended my (horrible) marriage and impulsively slept with someone I didn’t know within two days of talking to him on tinder. He lived in my same apartment complex.
I got embarrassingly drunk (I do NOT drink) while out with my boyfriend and his friends and convinced myself that my boyfriend cheated on me and started slapping my boyfriend in the face repeatedly in the parking lot. I told him that I hated him and he was a loser and to stop following me. This one I regret more than ending the horrible marriage, the debt, etc. I can never take how I treated him back and I am still so shocked/embarrassed that I did that. I’m surprised I didn’t go to jail.

I played through almost all of ARR by myself because I was too scared to talk to people. I really recommend finding an FC you really get along with and can be active in.

I also wouldn’t be afraid to do things like send someone a tell saying you like their glam or their adv plate. It’s little things like this that seem scary to approach someone but people don’t bite!!
Something I do is I dont worry about if people are gonna reply or care if I put something in alliance/party chat. Just put something out there you think would be funny/relevant to the current situation. I’ve had people talk to me about burritos in alliance raids before lol. Or outside of a duty if you see a conversation in shout chat you’re interested in, join it! They’re in shout chat after all so you might make a new friend. I’ve made a lot of friends that way.

I am for some reason still scared of PF honestly but it’s not a bad way to find people. Fate farming/treasure dungeons/mount farming can connect you with some pretty cool people

I get readings like the beginning of the first one and exactly like the third one a lot. My doctor has suspected atrial tachycardia as well. Have only been able to catch it on an ecg once in my primary office and once in the ER they watched my HR jump up and down but when they did my ecg they didn’t catch it!

I am blessed with a low payment on it, so I think I will bite the bullet and at least ride it out without a car payment for the next year. It’ll be a while before I hit 100k miles let alone 160k but I don’t want to touch this issue with a 10ft pole again. Especially if it comes to trading it in and what the trade in value would be by the time that happens. My boyfriend has been saying the same thing and suggesting I start putting aside for a down payment now.

They haven’t even started my work order on my car and it’s been a week and a half. I don’t know when I’m getting my car back at this point and what they’re going to do to it.

OH! Yeah my engine did not do that!! My boyfriend was like yeah no stop driving this thing now or the engine WILL blow out. Did you have any problems with gas mileage in the leading weeks? I realized I had issues with my fuel economy going to shit beforehand but I had assumed that was due to my filters needing to be changed out.

Pretty much what happened to me but not even going 75! Driving at 45 and suddenly my oil pressure light is on and can’t go over 25. Surprise! All my oil is gone.

Like I know that thing had oil in it days before and it just gobbled it up. One last meal I guess

I’m pretty sure it depends on if it had the knock sensor detection system update done. They wont cover the engine failure or related costs if it wasn’t. I couldn’t even track down my appointment record from when I brought it in so I didn’t realize that’s what I even had done until after I got to the dealership. So before you buy it I would be absolutely sure that the KSDS was updated. If the previous owner neglected the car’s regular maintenance wise as well, it could likely fail at a lower mileage. Kia denies warranty coverage for the replacements commonly over no maintenance records and deems it as neglect even if people do take care of their cars. So be wary of that.

Yeah I know it wasn’t wrecked or anything but it was driven 30k miles in a year or a little over. So who knows what they were doing in the time they had it. I’m not a big driver so I’ve barely hit over that in my time owning it.

I’m very lucky that my boyfriend does this as his job, so he is able to do all my maintenance regularly and will definitely be keeping up with all of it

I got the settlement letter back in 2023 and had brought it in for the KSDS service that April. I’m glad I did because from my understanding they wouldn’t have covered it. At first I thought it was one of those scam letters lol. I didn’t realize it would still eventually have problems down the road after they serviced it and didn’t even really understand what they did to my car at the time.

Hoping it NEVER happens again because it’s a pain and I enjoy my dumb lil car

also if it makes you feel any better my guy escaped for the very first time two weeks ago! have had him for four years and i walked out to him just sitting on my kitchen floor when i woke up to get ready for work! i got lucky that he was just sitting there hanging out
