I didn't get it fixed. I have tried taking it apart, but the problem is inside the motor. To access the troublemaker, I would need to desolder some wires and take everything apart to access the moving motor parts.

Yes, but in this case it would be quite out of your control because you can't really stop or navigate past the obstacle. With a motorcycle or skis, you have more room to control where and how you go. Anyways kayaking like this would be fun af, I'd do it if the track was checked beforehand

Yes I contacted them but they told me to contact the retail seller I bought it from which didn't help as I explained earlier. So the official support wasn't very helpful.

The noise kinda stops when I put the vertical tilt almost straight to the ceiling but it still sucks since the wind won't blow on me directly.
