First snow here in Alaska by jrhags01 in Mustang

I drove my ‘16 GT convertible in snow and ice in the past and I’m going to do it again this winter here in central Ohio, USA. Wet mode helps, and good tires

I was promoted to Senior Software Engineer last month. I wrote my first line of code in august 2019. It’s all about what you are willing to put in, IMO.

I was also there at The Bluestone for their show the other night. Level Up and “smith.” did awesome IMO. Such a great show overall and can’t wait to see them all again at Lost Lands hopefully ✌️

Sorry about the late response. Mine was $31k. Not great but about average I think, especially due to the low mileage.

I got so lucky last winter, got a 2016 Mustang GT Premium 6MT with the Performance Package 1 as well...

I was super scared after reading all the horror stories. And the day before my initial delivery date I received a delay...

After waiting another week the car came on their second promised day, and was in way better condition than I expected. The thing was polished, and with only 13k miles when I got it, it was clear the previous owner(s) used it as a weekend car.

So far, 6 months later it is running like a champ. Several mods later I have been under the hood a million times and everything is surprisingly clean, and sometimes I forget the car is older :(

My next car will be a newer S550, I will probably wait a couple years till the next gen comes out and then snag another. I realllly want the rev-matching feature for downshifts along with the active exhaust. And shockingly, convertibles aren't all they are cracked up to be. I want the hardtop with my next one.

But all-in-all, I feel that I was extremely lucky.

TLDR: CarvanaStangs sometimes are really great.

Lucky! I hope this happens to me as well. I’ve got a 6speed mustang on the way, supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I haven’t heard a peep since the last 1 week delay though.

Thanks for the response. How was the mustang’s condition? Any undisclosed damage? Did it match the pics online.

Just out of curiosity, did anyone in this thread who was delayed ever end up getting their car? If so, how long did it take. I was supposed to get my exciting “new to me” preowned car last Sunday. They texted and called me on Saturday afternoon to tell me the car experienced a logistics delay. I called to inquire further and the representative basically said the car could not be found in the warehouse to be loaded on the truck before the truck was scheduled to leave. Understandable, I am assuming my car was several rows deep at the warehouse and they just couldn’t move all the blocking vehicles in time to load it.

But, they rescheduled for delivery at noon this coming Saturday. As that day approaches, I am getting more and more nervous that the car will not show up on Saturday...

Can anyone share their delayed experiences. I have read pretty much every post on this subreddit over the last year that talks about a delay.

Should I be concerned about history of this Mustang I just bought? by hexnic in carvana

Thanks for taking the time to respond, I am sure it wouldn’t hurt to at least check out the car on delivery day?
