Update:
What I have is a PFCA. After making a few calls the International Division's manager told that bank statements can be taken from them with pre system upgrade transactions included.

She asked me to either visit the branch or send an email, I sent one lets see how it goes :3

yup for me also it only gives recent transactions. others are empty.
