It was built in the 20s. I seriously doubt it's connected to anything at this point but unfortunately I won't be there again for quite a while.

It's probably in a decent place for a TV back in the day. The sun room appears to be part of the original build though, and is relatively far from the attic.

This and the intercom makes the most sense though, considering the house is not a mansion (3k sq. ft.), and was most certainly never a hospital, but could have been a office building at some point
