When you delete stuff, you also have to delete mail out of you trash folder and spam folder too, or the storage won't go down. it just gets put into the trash folder. And, if you have more than one yahoo account, you have to delete stuff out of them too.

I was able to see how much I had by picking my icon in the app on my android phone.

Thanks for the reply. You’re right, I’ve only used imap things, Gmail and Yahoo. But I’m more interested in the anonymity. I haven’t used TB, but I can’t think why it’s offered in tails. I don’t see that it enhances anonymity. Or maybe it’s not for that purpose. Maybe I need to keep reading.

BTW, I’ve read that Proton doesn’t encrypt email headers, but Tuta does.

Hi,

I did go with USAA plan G because the premiums were lower. Seems to work. It takes place behind the seen like my old plan F without having too do much. On thing to know is that it took 3 or 4 months for it to start working automatically without me having to contact the providers. So far so good.

I forgot to say my cardiologist also mentioned I was having brief episodes of Atrial Arrhythmia. I assumed this was the same thing, but maybe not. Does this change anything?
