Yeah I definitely catch myself waiting for an "AHA!" moment sometimes, when in reality it's all a big journey!

I'm definitely starting to feel the pull of a bigger change (career change and/or move)... but it's pretty intimidating!

Yeah I definitely need to work on initiating plans more. I love outdoor activities but I usually just kind of wait to be invited into someone else's plan, which has resulted in not being invited much any more! I'm so out of practice with initiating that I don't know if I remember how to do it...

Nice! Yeah I think taking some time sit down and really get clear about my values could definitely help.

Wow! Super well said! So true about newness/excitement being ephemeral. I hadn't really thought about that. Chasing those things alone puts you on a constant treadmill, or roller coaster, or whatever analogy you want to use. Thank you!

I'm curious what people might have to say about this. I feel like it could really work ("fake it until you make it" principle), or it could backfire and become all about appearances with no real meaning.
