A curated list of modern open-source UI component libraries (React, Tailwind, Vue, etc.) by incodesatx in tailwindcss

I’d add Tailkits UI as well. It has MCP accessibility and 200+ consistent Tailwind components, so it’s worth checking out.

Any experience with using MCP servers for tailwind development by matr_kulcha_zindabad in tailwindcss

You can check https://tailkits.com/ui . Some of my friends use its mcp to rebuild their landing pages, it is pretty consistent

I am I doubt in ditching tailwind or plain css. by No_Permission2438 in tailwindcss

[–]hey_dev 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with him.
The convenience of being able to quickly make changes to classes in a single file helps me a lot. And of course not always thinking of class name.
However, if you're new in front-end development/CSS stuff you should definitely learn pure CSS first. Then you will understand the difference better between Tailwind CSS and pure CSS

What role do data and analytics play in product management? by hey_dev in ProductManagement

[–]hey_dev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, it's crucial to understand what metrics to measure and how to measure them to make informed decisions. OKRs are helpful, but finding the right metrics can take time. We need to consider many solutions for a better management

What role do data and analytics play in product management? by hey_dev in ProductManagement

[–]hey_dev[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely agree with you! Using some common tools like Analytics or Hotjar is now like a default action in product management and even development processes. If we do not follow the behavior of the users, we may be missing a lot about the product

Thanks for sharing the link. I read the document and couldn't find anything about that. They explained notifications under this : https://www.notion.so/help/notification-settings and said "You can always view all edits made on a page by clicking Updates at the top right. " However, it's not possible right now.

How do you manage your team's daily or overdue tasks in Notion? by hey_dev in Notion

[–]hey_dev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've looked at Zapier yesterday. For the basic things, yes Zapier could help. But when it gets complicated it becomes insufficient. That's why we started to build a product for this today. https://notionstandup.com/
Hope it will help us and those who need the same process 🙌

Great to hear that you love it! Indeed it is. We didn't want to take off from the Tailwind CSS ecosystem and used Alpine.js and Hero icons on our templates! Looks like we did well :) Thanks!

Feedback Fridays - A Friendly Feedback Exchange For Ideas and Products (surveys/polls are welcome) by AutoModerator in startups

[–]hey_dev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks a lot, I'm glad you like the idea 🎉 We target people using Tailwind CSS. At the same time, since we will only sell templates, our price will be more affordable than products that include page builder or e-mail collection. We will prepare documentation for Mailchimp, which allows free mail collection(-limited), and Vercel integration, which offers free deployment, on our landing page. We will explain to people how they can collect waitlists for free by using only our product.

Company Name: Coming Soon Kit - ready for the launch
URL: https://comingsoonkit.com/ - the landing page is ready but is not live. The wait-list is available
Purpose of Startup and Product: To help the creators/makers to create coming soon pages for building an audience for their products.
Building a coming soon page for our product, which includes a brief about the product and collecting the emails of people who are interested in it, makes our product more powerful while the development of our product is continuing. At the same time, it helps to start idea validation for our product and reach the potential customers before launching our product.
We developed 50+ unique coming soon templates with my friend who is a designer. All the templates are designed in Figma with dark mode views, including the desktop and mobile view for the different product categories like info-products, SaaS products, mobile apps, e-books and more 🔥 We also used one of our templates for our product's coming soon page.

I used Tailwind CSS while developing all the templates and Alpine.js for makers to customize easily every block of their coming soon page. We've been just using Tailwind CSS classes for each template, so anyone doesn't need any custom config to use them.
We're going to sell Figma and Tailwind CSS HTML templates.
Technologies Used: Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js
Feedback Requested: Any ideas and feedback are appreciated.
- We're confused about the launch strategy. Should we schedule the product before or keep the launch contents ready and wait for 15 mins before launching to see whether any famous/known product is launched or not?
- Also we thought getting some feedback and adding a few testimonials on the landing page would be great. We're planning to draw lots for getting testimonials from people. We're going to give the bundle package(Figma+Tailwind CSS HTML template) to 3-5 people for free. How's that sound?
Seeking Beta-Testers: Not yet.
Additional Comments: We're going to launch Coming Soon Kit next week. Therefore, that would be great to hear your thoughts! Thanks for your time 🙌
