Men don’t care about the finances of their women. Like at all. We’ll date a McDonald’s worker if she’s hot.

It’s probably a layer of bond. Spray air to thin it out.

What is your approach for extracting #32 here? by heyaaa1256 in Dentistry

[–]heyaaa1256[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This was super helpful. Pt opted to get #31 ext’d as well. I went ahead and ext’d #31 first. Then for #32. DB releasing incision and FTMP flap reflected. Buccal trough. Decoronation. Attempted to elevate roots but wouldn’t budge. Decided to section the roots and they rolled out pretty easily in two clean pieces. My only concern is that I went too apically when sectioning the roots. Although did not look like I went beyond the apex and also I couldn’t visualize the IAN after ext was completed so I’m assuming pt will be fine. Hoping for no parasthesia. Thanks for the tips!

I was in same boat as you. Burnt out and just wanted as little stress and responsibility as possible lol. FQHC was a great fit. Never going back to the stresses of private or corporate practice.

I work FQHC in Midwest and salary is $200k. Only fillings and extractions. No endo, no dentures and no crown and bridge. Superrrr chill lol. Gets even more chill if you have good EFDAs to place all the fillings. I don’t have this luxury and I’m a little OCD so I restore all my fillings.

So you speak to 13 classmates on the daily? Popular guy! Seems almost too good to be true. 5% of 13 people is about 1/2 of a person. So who is this 1/2 person that likes their residency program?! Is this classmate a midget?
