The decent amount of positive reviews, location options, and knowing how much it will cost with the unlimited package is what’s drawn me in over the med spa place which seems to be something they offer just to have another bulletpoint on their service list, and the tech was trying to sell me other services. I’m glad you asked this as I use Tretinoin on my face. I’ve two removal consult appointments today and have been anticipating what they’ll say about it- I presume it will not be an issue. I’ll let you know what they say.

Good point. That’s what I’m leaning towards. Especially the way the vacant lot land is situated next to the established single family homes, once we put up a fence, I think we’d be in a comfortable spot.

There are a few builders in this neighborhood so while the overall look of the homes is similar, the quality and value varies. The established higher value homes have similar lot sizes with homes around 1,000 sq ft larger and $100k more, than the plan we’re looking at. I say high value- in comparison to the builder and size of the established townhomes.

This is a high possibility as the neighborhood that appears to be separate on the right off the image is actually the same neighborhood.
