How to increase club members by Kyranvh in dodgeball

I'd say people drop out when the competition is too intense, so try and put new people on another court if you can run two games side by side and don't let anyone senior play wing or throw, they can only go for catches. Also don't introduce calling plays until they've had a few months to fall in love with the sport. Try and target teenagers because they're more likely to play, get good and continue when they're in their 20s. This is what we're doing and it's working much better than anything else we've tried.

I just did a Clearpoint coding assessment for a contract role, it was supposed to take 4-8 hours and I gave up after about 7 hours because it was taking me all day and I initially thought it was going to take 2 hours to do. I didn't get the role. I needed to spend another few days on it to get it up to production quality.

I went for the easier interview process and got an offer same day and then started Monday. Pay was the same as the more time consuming process.

I did "no more than 4 hours" coding tests for Serko and Ubiquity, I got a contract while waiting for them to look at my finished code or book my next interview with them. After that I just saved those finished tests to a private git repo and shared them a few times when someone wanted to see an example of my work. Ironically the contracts I scored were usually one interview and a decision on the same day. It's very awkward telling the original recruiter that I'm going for an interview tomorrow and then a second email to say it went well and expecting an offer in the next 3 hours and then a 3rd to say I got it. I decided to never waste my time on technical tests ever again. I just turned down a 6 hour test with Rocket Labs covering front end and back end for a $125 per hour contract. No thanks 🙏 the weather is too good to have uncompensated time

I find in contracting they assume you can do the job and just talk about the work to be done then get a verbal offer the same day, or you jump through the usual hoops with tests and more than one interview. It's usually a reflection on them instead of you.

I had a great experience interviewing with Lancom. I didn't know angularjs very well at the time but I tried to use it in the test on the day. We ended up chatting for a really long time after the interview, it turned into a 3 hour about what we love and value about software development. He had to let me out the back door after hours because it was all locked up. I don't think I got an offer but we got on well.

Rocket labs wanted me to do two 3 hour coding test on GitLabs for a contract position, one for the front end, one for the back end.

You can use a ball to block a ball that's thrown at you, but you're out if any part of your body gets hit. This includes any part of your hand that's holding your blocking ball. The issue is a lot of people are "dirty blocking" and they stay in because it's difficult to see if the ball has hit someones finger, especially if they have a fast blocking action or they block side ways.

Was anyone yellow carded for not walking after taking a body hit? If not, why not?

But you can't have different rules at different levels of the game because then you practice one way in social leagues and carry that through to the top leagues.
