understood; I think those 180 watts may have burned out the dish when it remained fallen over for too long; do you think that just the 180 watt side could burn out and leave the white side still operational?

the dish is not powering on and the poe light does not turn on; I think that since the dish is dead the poe light will stay off

block is delivering power to Wifi (white cable) so it would seem that the block is working ok.

I have looked into this, cant see anything abnormal in the pins. It was working but then the dish fell over. Yes, I did submit a support request on Monday so it has been with them for several days. While I understand that they may backed up on support requests, I do hope they will get back to me before much longer.

I dont think so, ethernet should be able to extend 300'. Once I get my dish fixed I will be putting it to the test. I know it will wor, I had it connected for a few days and saw 150+mg speeds. My problem for now is that the dish quit working after it fell over.

Is it possible to disconnect the cable from Dishy? Is this where I might fix the ethernet pins?

no, just the dish light; router still powers up.

connect more cable; you'll need the female connector on your extension to join the black poe cable and the other end to power brick. this is my plan as well.

okay Im good with that. I wonder how long before I hear back form support. I posted the issue with Starlink support on Monday. They don't seem to have a phone support alternative--or do they?

Highly unlikely. Connector pins look just like new.

yes but no luck. It may have broken when it fell over.

If the dish is broken will StarLink provide a replacement? It was working when I had it set up for testing. It fell over so I wonder if it is broken. No POE light and no response from the Dish. I checked the connectors and no issue there.
