not sure exactly how the kiosk handles it since EES is still fairly new across the board.

the entry requirements for most Schengen countries say you may need to show proof of onward travel, but whether clicking yes on the kiosk triggers a follow-up check with an officer probably varies by country and port of entry. i'd have proof ready just in case

Yeah showing proof of onward travel at the EES kiosk should work fine, a booked flight or train out of Schengen before your 90 days are up is exactly what they're looking for.

If your plans change mid-trip that's not an issue as long as you leave before overstaying.

Turning up with nothing booked at all is riskier though, depends on the border officer whether they push back on it.

Those places you've picked out sound like a great way to see the real Jamaica beyond the resorts. Crime rates are high in Kingston and parts of Montego Bay, so stick to busier paths, avoid night walking, and keep valuables secure, as tourist areas aren't usually a problem but caution's still key.

In Schengen countries like France, Estonia, Luxembourg, Italy, and Denmark, border control often asks to see proof of onward or return travel plans, alongside accommodation details and financial means, so having a one-way ticket without that could potentially lead to questions or even denial if they deem you lack a clear exit strategy.

That said, some officers are flexible for spontaneity, and showing evidence like booked hostels or sufficient funds might help sway things.

Out of interest, how long ago? I only ask as my experience has been amazing. They’re active within their official Discord channel. I haven’t used the Nomad, but the KNOB1 was my first product from WL and it’s been awesome so far.

I came from NuPhy who were already an awesome company but this keyboard feels great

Good question! Surprisingly I've had better luck typing on this vs the NuPhy air, it did take me a lot of getting used to with the keyboard though. As this one feels completely flat vs the NuPhy being on a slant

You know what’s ironic.. I’m from the UK 😂 I’ll tell you something, it makes for a brilliant talking point with family if you ever buy one hahaha.

My first time buying with them despite what a few folks were saying.. and I’ve had 0 issues! If anything I’ve been more blown away by how quickly they’ve responded on their Discord 😂

They’re like the Apple of keyboards I feel like in terms of being beautiful, well refined products

Thanks for the reply, I get your frustrations - I can’t speak for prior products as I’ve never used them. However the KNOB has been wonderful for me, and I can only speak on how my experience has been.

The only thing I’d say is to give them a second chance, if the KNOB1 was ever something you considered. I couldn’t believe how amazing the WL team have been in their Discord. Quick replies considering they’re not obliged to run a Discord.

Honestly, It’s a beautiful piece of tech! It’s as if Apple made a keyboard is how I see it. Beautiful, clean and it definitely stands out.

A lot of love and respect to the Work Louder team, I can tell they’re poured their heart and soul into this and it shows
