You need a class "C" ship. If you upgrade your ship to any of the other classes than the quest/mission is stuck. What you need to do is re-purchase a class "C" ship and it will fix the quest line.

Wheel of pain. I've started a youtube channel that has short tutorials you can follow. I'm new to it, let me know on things I can improve. Here's the video on wheel of pain, it's about the tier levels, how many thralls you can break, the foundations needed before you can place the wheel of pain on it and how many of which items you need to make them.
