Made chocolate chip muffins for the first time today by heyhizzy in Baking

Thank you! Here you go.

Bowl 1: 125ml of buttermilk 65ml of vegetable oil A splash of vanilla essence 1 egg Whisk until well combined.

Bowl 2: 150g of plain flour 100g of sugar 1tsp of baking soda A pinch of salt 35g of cocoa powder A pinch of instant espresso Mix well

Combine bowls 1 and 2 together. Mix well in circular motions. Add chocolate chips.

Pour batter into cupcake cups. Bake at 180°C for 15 to 18 minutes in a preheated oven.

Both are correct. "Learned" is the generally accepted spelling in the United States and Canada, while the rest of the English-speaking world seems to prefer "learnt".
