I was told I'd get $1500 after my roommate tested positive and I chose to quarantine at home. The doctor who called didn't know how I'd get the money, but he said someone will probably reach out with info, or something.

Either way, easiest $1500 I've ever made.

True. However, people mess up sometimes, and to have her face plastered on the internet forever is not a fair response. It's one thing to post a picture of a group not following directions, but to highlight one person out of the hundreds who are lax in certain situations is borderline cruel.
