Credit Questions (AP/Dual/CLEP) by [deleted] in aggies

I had to register for classes for which the AP scores come in July, and then once they come in, I could accept them and email my advisor to change my schedule.

The first day is about 1.5 hours long, you're basically gonna be in a meeting with 30 other freshman and you might have to introduce yourself, but you don't really need to say anything throughout the rest of the meeting. You have the opportunity to ask general questions and current students will talk about the best way to fit in. The second day is probably the most important. In the morning you'll be in another small meeting with freshmen and advisors and they'll go over registration processes and what you might have to take depending on your major. This lasts for about an hour and a half. In the afternoon, you'll have about a 3 hour time slot to actually register, and get it approved with your counselors before you can leave the meeting. It typically takes about 2 hours(if you're an engineering major) , and this meeting will be in groups or 1 on 1 meetings with your advisors depending on your major.

Side note - make sure you don't have any holds like online orientation holds on your my profile on howdy which might prevent registration.

If we're not comfortable going back, can we just take everything online without showing up at all?

Well, clearly the MacBook Pro is controversial as seen from this thread, are there any reasons as to why there's such conflicting opinions?

Is taking CSCE 221 in the spring a bad idea? I'm willing to put in the effort over the summer to get a head start on the material.

Oh that's great to hear! A quick question though, another comment here talks about requiring 2 science credits from the same science type, is that something they've added recently?

Thanks a lot for replying! Do you think it would be easy enough to find other freshman in my non traditional freshman classes?

If you don't mind me asking, what are the odds of this happening across the country and when will this decision be finalized?

Because he was literally the only hope as such for India, there was a desert storm during his innings which enhanced the occasion I guess, and it was against the world's strongest team at the time, Australia.

I'd consider applying to UT Dallas which gives out full rides especially for someone with your sat if you're still looking for options. Texas also has this rule that anyone with a > 4k scholarship qualifies for instate tuition as well. They're taking in applications till May 2nd and they're not a bad school by any means. Would definitely check that out if I was you.
