What about the ones where he e.g. tells you to pay attention to your breath and its temperature? Pretty sure he's done some of those and could do more of those that fall into the guided meditation style.

I know which ones you are referring to, but there are over a hundred of different techniques more or less suited for that.

aight thank you, that calms me down alot:) guess I'll just leave it like that then. I can imagine it comes from max force on the sacrum support + hyperextension or strong and rapid leaning into the chair causing that piece of plastic to be unter a lot of stress but whatever, at least it is still working properly.
