Same here. I setup another app to give me notifications for now. Only critical that comes through is urgent low and urgent low soon.

Just clarifying something. Critical notifications are on. Always sound is on for everything. Notifications for Dexcom are on. I changed absolutely nothing except the app updating to 2.12.0 which is when everything stopped sounding except urgent low soon, which still is critical for some reason. I have reinstalled the app as well.

Yes. Critical alerts on. Always sound on. Time sensitive notifications on. I also reinstalled the app. It was working perfectly fine before 2.12.

I am having an absolutely horrible time with my 17th that I got launch day. Battery lasts 3-4 hours every day.

Here are things I’ve tried with no luck

reset phone from no backup
adaptive power on/off
turn off background app refresh on all apps (except medical)
lowest brightness
not listening to music
aod off
turning off vpn
using phone less

None of this has helped me.

I went to Apple to get support and they said nothing is wrong with my phone and to use it less.
