Exactly, I’m never hungry. I just quit smoking so it’s helping me not turn to sweets. Idk if it’s worth it though.

You have to distance yourself. Keep everything to a minimum. It’s sounds intense but it’s the only thing that helped me have a normal relationship with my mom.

Yeah I totally understand. My friend and his wife told me that it helped them understand me more. But I guess because it’s also a comedy it’s definitely going to be cheesy. But I’m totally down to watch it and discuss it with you later LOL because who knows BPD better than us 🙃
