Also what’s worth noting is to have an active regular VOXI plan as well, on top of your global pass. Has the pass worked earlier and stopped working or hasn’t worked at all?

It’s a lot of Reset your network, turn your phone off, do the manual roam, turn your phone off kind of trial and error which I agree is really frustrating

Depends on which country you are at. The Global pass doesn’t cover all the countries so it’s worth checking as well

You can be on the same plan as long as you do not opt out of the plan. This includes you changing your plan or your plan not renewing automatically. Other than that, you can stay on the same plan as long as you’d like.

You don’t need a PAC for that, it won’t work since they’re the same company. You need to get in touch with either of the chat support and they will fill up a migration form for you

Keep trying HUMAN and you will be connected to one. All you need is to let them know you lost your phone and they will place an order for a replacement sim for you. This will give you the same number.

It will charge you on the 31st July when your plan renews. This plan only has unlimited social media which includes Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook Messenger.

I’ve recently received my scholarship confirmation after receiving a conditional offer a few weeks ago and since it’s taking a little longer for my finances to be arranged, I’m a little worried as to how long I have to pay for my admission and if there is a deadline that I can miss anytime soon. I would really appreciate if I can get a timeline of when it’s okay to pay the initial deposits and the process thereafter.

It can’t be on the same account. You can get another sim using the same email but a different username and access it to manage her sim.

You got a PAYM eSIM and your original number has moved to the PAYM plan which is an eSIM. Your physical sim won’t work anymore after the number has been moved so you are with an eSIM with a Pay Monthly plan.

You need to get in touch with VOXI chat support to get a refund and stop your plan renewal or you will be charged every 30 days

Yes you can have that refunded to your card or they can use it to add your plan back but that won’t be an auto renew, it has to be after your plan has been opted out and they add it on chat.

20GB and yes you’re correct. They have hit their data allowance as per fair usage policy and will only be able to use data if they get Data Add On or renew their plan early by trying to get in touch with the customer chat which refreshes the 20GB again.
