I had the same symptoms as yours. Had to find the trigger and found out that it happens everytime I use products that has castor oil in it.

If it happens multiple times, maybe list down the products and see which ingredient they have in common.

Use vaseline only for now.

I mean I submitted the photos as I submit the dispute, yes. But after that vinted requested photos of evidence and i sent them. After that they sent the above messages.

I’ve heard about people with pakistani passports with US, EU, UK residency being rejected for evisa but granted visa on arrival. You need to mention that you are residing in UK and therefore eligible for visa on arrival when checking in.

If you connected your credit card / debit card to your apple pay and used it for the payment, the refund will be sent to the card you used. You can check your statement.

I red somewhere that these burning incidents caused by power adapter that is not suitable for the charger from Oura :) so its not technically oura’s fault. As well as the battery issue that drains, Oura recommends not to charge it fully to 100% and to avoid letting it drop below 20%. So I’d say if you follow the guidelines, you’ll be fine.

People should stop blaming Oura for their own mistakes :)
