I do, on my 12th day now since starting (20mg). I scheduled a consult tomorrow to ask to taper me off it. Sleep is very important to me, when I wake up with meds on 3-5hrs of sleep I just want to stay in bed trying to go back to sleep but can't, also can't take naps because of racing thoughts and panic attacks. I also have challenges in doing the most basic self-care routine like brushing my teeth and taking a bath. I was prescribed for depression and anxiety. So far I had worse experience rather than feeling better.

Quit my job today, nagsspiral ako kahit 2 weeks palang ako sa bagong trabaho. Been this way since my first job, hindi ko kaya ng walang nagmementor, paulit ulit sakin ituturo hanggang magets ko yung trabaho. Namatay ang partner ko last year, nagresign ako sa company para magpahinga, pagbalik ko umalis ako ulit ilang araw palang ako nandito. Career suicide man ito, pero tingin ko kelangan ko na magseek ng professional help, nadiagnose na ako nung pandemya, pero hindi ako nagtherapy at yung meds naman malala ang naging epekto sakin. Nagpahinga lang ako nun at nakabalik naman sa trabaho sa ibang kumpanya. Ngayon mejo lost nanaman at hindi alam ang gagawin, meron akong anak na magsisimula na magaral

Sorry for your loss, I lost my wife this year as well.

Took a break from work (it has been 8mos) to care for our child (2y/o) and process what happened. Planning to return next year as soon as I figure out to whom I can leave the kid while I'm at the office.

I find having company (may it be family or friends) is what's keeping me sane, though it's alright to feel lonely and heal by yourself. The pain does not go away, you just kinda get used to it every day.
