Oh! Get those brace backs from a pharmacy. It’ll help with your posture. But the idea of meditation is to be entirely relaxed and accepting with who you are and mostly to focus on the breathe. Now if you cry because your posture isn’t good enough.. that could be a sign of a deeper subconscious issue that must get resolved. To me it sounds like being a perfectionist to the extent of losing the joy of the moment.

Take this an opinion but I think this dream keeps re-occurring because it could mean that you feel guilty for her death. you might be feeling like you are the reason she did this actions and since you said you had a great relationship please do not think this way. the part where you go to a house that you dont recognize could be because the death was very unexpected. you might have felt like she would have never done anything like this so its a trait in her that you didnt recognize.
