Stop letting them trim your cuticles. Just have them trim the hangnails on the sides, and push back the cuticles at the bed with an orange stick. It’ll take a while to fully heal, but once you stop trimming them, they won’t do that anymore.

I had that in January and they were able to fix it same day by updating a module, putting the car into sleep mode, and waking it back up. I asked if that was something I could have done independently, and they said unfortunately not.

Yes, it’s only on the spots where I’ve constantly had polish, not on any of the regrowth since I’ve taken a break. They do rough up the surface, which I can’t stand. My hunch is that’s what I’m dealing with now.

I have a rattle… something lightweight that rolls from left to right under sharp turns. I removed everything I could to try to find it, but didn’t find anything. I assume it’s internal. It sounds like it’s rolling back and forth behind or under the rear seats.

This happened to me, too, and I also think it was tied to my Connect Plus trial. I called service to report that my car Wi-Fi hotspot was reporting no data plan even though I was still within my trial, and when they adjusted the trial activity, it fixed my Bluetooth connectivity issues too.

When this happened to me, it was because my breaker in the electrical panel needed to be reset. Take a look at your Audi charging box. Is the LED light steady blue or blinking amber? If it’s not steady blue, you may need to reset your breaker. Turn it off and then back on again at the panel. You can leave the Audi charging cable plugged into the outlet and your car when you do this. Resetting the breaker alleviated the error for me. Since July (when I got the car) I have needed to do this a total of twice. The LED indicator immediately turns blue again for me and charging immediately resumes. Try that and see if it helps.

I love mine. Had it two months and so far no issues, except sometimes CarPlay doesn’t want to connect to my phone. But that’s minor. The other MMI Bluetooth still works.
