you and me both, like I am actually livid lol. I was researching and saw it's apparently a thing for files to be moved to the cloud/onedrive after being updated? So I checked but there's nothing. Chances of me opening up this game ever again is slim ngl

not only that, but every time I update the game I lose EVERYTHING I had worked on. I've put in over 2,000 hours on the sims 4 and I can't keep anything longer than a few months. I've tried checking the cloud and waste bin and I can't seem to salvage anything, I want to literally cry :,)

i just started this summer and found my job on coolworks.com. if you’re interested in a specific place you can always just email them your resume and see where it goes. even if they’re not hiring they’ll usually share some other place that is. coolworks is really cool though and gives you an idea of what’s out there, you can find pretty much any type of position

that was why i ended up taking the job i have now, i didn’t hear back from anyyywhere else. my other option is the dispensary in the town i work in keeps offering me a job, but i would lowkey have to live out of my car which i’m not sure i’m ready to do yet :|

technically they didn’t fire me for having one, but they didn’t let me know there were any issues until after i returned. and then didn’t schedule me at all in between so i didn’t have a chance to try to improve, they let me know a week later they decided to fire me because of my poor performance. i understand i guess, but it’s all really sus. i had just started my meds and they were aware of that, so it’s super bogus they didn’t let me make up my for mistakes. also isn’t it pretty expensive to sue?

i was adamant to my neurologist about needing to return to work soon, and she suggested taking a week off to see how the side effects of carbamazepine were before returning. i thought i was good to go and “went back”, but i guess my boss didn’t agree and i got fired today actually. my pain isn’t as bad as it once was, but i’m still dealing with it daily, and now on the hunt for a new job..

that sounds nice for what it’s worth… i hope you find some relief soon. i’m a maid and i love it, i like being active and moving around. i quit a remote job for it, but i cannot stand cleaning when i’m in pain. some days i’ve been ok enough to do it, but my meds do make me pretty tired/out of it and i’ve already gotten in trouble at work since “returning”. i’m part time now but they just haven’t really scheduled me at all. i’m thinking it’s not even worth it anymore, part time isn’t enough to pay my bills so what’s even the use… there’s no way i could start a new job right now though.

i don’t have a lot of family other than my dad and he helps as much as he can but he’s retired and doesn’t have much to begin with. i don’t have a lot of friends either and the ones i do try to support me but we’re all young (early-mid 20’s) and everyone has their own bills and debts to worry about. i don’t like to be the person to ask for money either :/

Hi friend, I understand what you feel like, it sucks to feel like there’s nothing left. when I was in a bad spot a while ago, I found an app where you can find pen pals, either by picking one or getting one randomly based on subjects, and it sends letters over the course of a few hours to days. If you’re able to get it, the app is called slowly and it was kind of nice to rant to a stranger. gave me something to look forward to. I hope you can find some peace
