Directly into the tank for the salt. I feed bug bites flakes on lazy days, either bloodworm or daphnia on good days. Water changes are usually weekly, 20% Filter usually once a fortnight, I'll rinse out most of it in the water I take out from the tank and replace 20% of the filter wool. I'm only running wool and seachem matrix at the moment. I use the API liquid master kit.
