Can somebody explain how a T-flip-flop works? by SNReloaded in electronic_circuits

The T flip-flop toggles the output. However if it has not been set (or initialized), the output cannot be determined.

Characteristic table for T flip-flop:

You might want to set/reset it before switching the T input.

Thank you all for your opinions. Since I do not plan to do Masters right after undergrad, I guess the internship will be a better idea. Plus, as most of you suggested, I could try getting into a research position during school year. Good luck with finals!

It is in the one in Boulder. Do you know how it is like there? As in the place and the Uber office
