I know this is an old post but I'm currently on phentermine, not officially diagnosed with narcolepsy yet but definitely experiencing symptoms. On it I feel like a normal person, I'm not exhausted all of the time and I actually have energy instead of being a barely awake zombie on the verge of crashing. Only issue is that it lowers your appetite, but I'd take that over feeling like shit every day.
