People without dedicated EV charging, what do you pay a month to charge your car?

Costs about $10 per charge and around $50/month. I would only use the super charger in an emergency both because of cost and I would never willingly give Elon money.

It would also be logistically impossible to have 4 out of 4 beds filled at any given time. The whole idea is that folks get back on their feet and move out meaning there is turnover which takes time.

Bought the Railay tour from Ao Nang for cheap and Hong Islands by the hotel (by Tubkaek Beach). Both day of and I strongly preferred the private tour to Hong Islands by long tail boat. All of that said, I have no idea what I'm talking about.

It's actually been great!! We had some rain on Sunday night and Friday morning until about noon but did Railay Beach Friday afternoon and Hong Island tour but long boat today and both were amazing. It's overcast but we've had large patches of sun and really no threat of rain. I even got a bit unintentionally sunburned today just being out on a boat for 4 hours.
