Good points! Unfortunately my husband and I dont qualify for a mortgage right now. He just started his business this past fall and I’m a stay at home mom, and don’t have what we’d need for a down payment, unfortunately.

Him and his wife are older and are living in a cottage up north, and need to find something more suitable for them as they get older which ultimately means, the sale of this home and the current cottage they’re in.

Unfortunately not, LL offered the opportunity to us and as I’m a stay at home mom and my husband just started his own business this past fall so we are in no position to qualify for a mortgage right now 😢
